I understand and agree that the terms and conditions of transacting with WGJS1 LLC will be as following:

Return Policy to The Store

• Return policy between the store and their customers can be defined by the store.
• Return policy between the store and WGJS1 will be as following:

1. There are no returns on merchandise $250 cost or less, the store will keep as inventory. a. All merchandise over $250 will need to have a P. O. for any arrangements made between WGJS1 & store. The merchandise will remain at the store until WGJS1 buys the item for up to 25% of the initial cost.
2. There are no returns on special orders, custom orders, or any merchandise that has been alternated with.
3. Stores can define their own return policy to their customers.

Payments

After all sales are finalized and delivered, the store has 2 options to get their payments:

1. Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment; no extra cost, within 1-3 business days.
2. PayPal payment; the store is responsible for their fees, instant payment.

Shipping

• All shipping costs are store responsibilities.
• Customers will typically receive their orders within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Back-ordered items typically take 6-8 weeks to be shipped.
